PRN Speech Language Pathologist - Greater Phoenix Metro Area
Bright Path Speech Therapy LLC is currently seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists. We look for motivated and caring people who are committed to providing quality services. We are looking for dedicated candidates that enjoy working with people of all ages. This role will include assessing and evaluating patients, to treat and counsel patients, as well as to use technology to document patient progress. The position must include excellent communication skills, motivation, and organization abilities. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be involved in developing, implementing, and assessing the treatment program in direct patient care situations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are needed to work with patients and their families daily.
Must have Masters Degree, an active state SLP license, and possess either CCC or be in CFY process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Case Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with patients of all ages, from children to adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
